Returns & Refunds

To access self service returns, please use the "Request a Return" function in the orders tab of your account page - click here to access.


Unworn items with tags attached are eligible for return up to 30 days with proof of purchase. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. As an online store without a physical storefront, all returns must be sent via tracked mail. We are not able to arrange in-person returns.


For holiday specific items, our standard return policy applies before the holiday. Items are only available for return up to 15 days after the holiday.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may return the original item and place a new online order for the replacement. As an online store without a physical storefront, all returns must be sent via tracked mail. We are not able to arrange in-person exchanges.


If the returned item is in new condition with original tags, a full refund (minus the original shipping cost) will be issued after it is received.

Stains

Stains are the worst! If an item arrives damaged, we will replace the item right away. Unfortunately, we do not currently exchange or return items that have been stained or affected by stain remover.
