Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our custom items, we are unable to return or exchange orders. Please triple check your measurements for size selection. Reach out with any questions about color selections before ordering. We want you to LOVE everything you order =)

FAQs
How should I care for my hand embroidered items?
Your basic rule of thumb is: wash inside out on delicate cycle in cold water. Hang or lay flat to dry.
Sweatshirts: these are typically fine to tumble dry on low as long as they are inside out.
T-shirts: These are best to lay flat to dry. Reshape the hand embroidered section after washing.
Hats: DO NOT dry these. Reshape after washing and let your hat air dry.
Baby blankets: DO NOT dry the baby blankets. The fabric is much too delicate and drying could cause issues with the hand embroidery.
How long will it take to get my items?
Most items ship 2 - 5 days after you complete your order. Sadly, I cannot control shipping times after the shipping carrier picks up your package.
If you have a specific deadline for receiving an item, please reach out before placing your order to see if it is feasible.
If you are local in STL, selecting free local pickup is the quickest way to get your item!
